We were still waiting on AAA to send A tow after 6 hours. I Called Adlers & they picked up phone immediately (15 min wait each time we called AAA). Were out to us in 30 min - their drive time We needed a flat bed- no problem. Great driver. Very happy with their reasonable price & they were my essential hero today.

Go a tow for my vehicle after it was in a accident. Proceeded to deal with terrible customer service from the driver. Once I arrived at the destination, i watched him try to get the vehicle off his flatbed for 15 mins......how qualified is this place?? After surely damaging my vehicle more and 15 mins later i received a bill for $200 to go LESS THAN 5 MILES. I can't say this enough.....NEVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY.

Chad was great. He gave me a GREAT price when I compared to other people. He came on a short notice and didn’t mind that it would be late in the evening. He was very patient and accommodating. He even helped me with my screen door and that wasn’t even part of the job—but he didn’t mind doing that to help me. I would strongly recommend using his services as I will if I ever need to again. Locked my only set of keys in my car. Since the lock/unlock button is located in the center console and there are no physical locks on the inside, I was unable to get into my car on my own. I called Metro Locksmith and spoke to someone immediately who was very polite. They said someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later, the locksmith arrived, and he got into my car in less than 90 seconds. Very friendly, polite, and reasonably priced (
